/ Glossary
The language of email deliverability, explained.
Authentication, reputation, bounces, metrics, compliance — the terms that decide whether your mail reaches the inbox, each defined in plain English with the context that actually matters. Built to answer the question, then point you to the tool or guide that goes deeper.
/ About this glossary
Email deliverability has a vocabulary of its own, and most of it is acronyms that hide simple ideas. This glossary defines those terms the way a deliverability engineer would explain them to a colleague: what the term means, why it matters for reaching the inbox, and what to do about it. Where a term has a tool that checks it or a guide that goes deeper, the definition links straight there.
The terms group into five areas: authentication (proving your mail is really yours), reputation and bounces (the signals that build or break trust), infrastructure (the systems that send), metrics (how success is measured), and list and compliance (how you keep a healthy audience legally). Start with whatever sent you here.

Know the terms. Let us run the system behind them.
Understanding deliverability is the first step; operating it — authentication, reputation, warming, monitoring — is the work. That's what we do. Browse the definitions, then bring us what you're trying to fix.
