/ Pricing

Every price, published. No contact-us wall.

Self-serve by volume, or managed on dedicated IPs you own — both EU-native, both without overage roulette. Below is the price of every service we offer.

/ How it works

EDP prices on two models. Self-serve plans are billed by monthly email volume — Lite at $9, Starter at $19, Growth at $59, and Scale at $149 — like a typical email API, with EU residency on every tier. Managed delivery is a flat $499 platform fee plus $49 per dedicated IP, with no per-email charge at any volume, because it runs on infrastructure EDP owns. Engine hosting (KumoMTA or PowerMTA), white-label, and enterprise build on the managed model. Every figure is published, and there is no overage roulette.

  • $19

Self-serve Starter — 50,000 emails a month, EU residency included.

  • $499

  • ~SES

High-volume cost trends toward raw SES — on EU-native infrastructure.

  • EU

Every plan, from the entry tier, runs under EU jurisdiction with a signed DPA.

/ Pricing questions

The fine print, in plain words.

How is EDP priced overall?

Two models, depending on what you need. Self-serve plans are priced by monthly volume, like a typical email API, for teams that want to send through a shared or entry dedicated IP and get going today. Managed delivery is priced as a flat platform fee plus a per-IP cost, with no per-email charge at any volume, for senders who want dedicated IPs they own with the deliverability operations run for them. Engine hosting, white-label, and enterprise build on the managed model. Every figure here is published — no contact-us wall to see a number.

Why is there no per-email charge on managed delivery?

Because managed delivery runs on infrastructure we own rather than reselling someone else's per-message sending. Once your dedicated IPs are provisioned and warmed, the marginal cost of a message is effectively zero, so charging per email would be charging for nothing. You pay a flat platform fee for the infrastructure and operations, plus a per-IP cost for each dedicated IP — and your bill does not balloon with a good month. That is the structural difference between owning the stack and renting it by the message.

What does SES-level economics mean for high volume?

On self-serve, the per-message cost blends down as volume rises, and beyond the Scale plan it trends toward roughly $0.15 per thousand — close to raw Amazon SES, but on EU-native infrastructure with deliverability included rather than assembled by your team. On managed, because there is no per-email charge at all, the effective cost per message keeps falling as you send more against the same flat platform and IP fees. Either way, the point is that sovereignty and managed operations do not have to come at a premium over raw sending.

Are there overage charges or surprise fees?

No overage roulette. On self-serve, if you exceed a plan's volume we tell you before it bills and move you to the right plan rather than applying a punitive per-email surcharge to the next cycle. Managed delivery has no per-email component to overage in the first place. Support, dashboards, deliverability help, and a signed DPA are included, not line items. The pricing you see is the pricing you pay, which is the whole reason we publish it.

Do all plans include EU jurisdiction and a DPA?

Yes. Every EDP service runs under an EU entity on EU infrastructure, with data, metadata, and logs kept in the EU under EU law, and a signed Data Processing Agreement available on every plan, from the entry tier up. That is true whether you send through a shared IP on a self-serve plan or on dedicated IPs under managed delivery. Sovereignty is structural here, not an enterprise upsell — there is no US parent in the path on any tier.

Can I move between plans or models as I grow?

Yes, and the path is designed to be smooth. Most teams start self-serve, then move to managed delivery when production volume makes dedicated IPs worthwhile or when a sovereignty requirement hardens. When you move, we provision and warm your dedicated IPs and cut traffic over gradually so reputation builds cleanly. Engine choice — KumoMTA or PowerMTA — is ours to advise honestly based on your volume, and you can change it later; we run both.

Pick a plan, or let us size it. Either way, the number is real.

Start self-serve in minutes, or tell us your volume and sending stack and we'll size a managed setup with dedicated IPs, the right engine, and EU jurisdiction — priced exactly as published here.
