Request an infrastructure review.

A 30-minute conversation with an engineer who'll read your current setup, look at your deliverability, and tell you plainly whether managed infrastructure is the right move — or whether you're better off staying put. No sales team in between.

/ Tell us about your sending

The more concrete the inputs, the more concrete the answer.

We read what you send and reply within one business day. No marketing automation, no drip sequence, no calls from someone who hasn't read your situation.

  1. 01

    An engineer reads your note

Within one business day. No sales triage, no qualifier. Someone who can actually evaluate your setup looks at it.

  2. 02

    A 30-minute discovery call

We review what you're sending, where the friction is, and what dedicated infrastructure would change. Honest answers, including "stay where you are."

  3. 03

    Written proposal, if it fits

Architecture, timeline, pricing — in writing. You take it back to your team, ask questions, and decide on your own time.

  4. 04

    Provisioning & dual-send

2–4 weeks from signed proposal to live dual-send, with warming and validation against your current baseline before cutover.

/ About the process

What people ask before they reach out.

What happens after I submit this form?

Within one business day, an engineer reads what you sent and replies — either with a few clarifying questions or with a proposed time for a 30-minute discovery call. We don't pass leads to a sales team; the first conversation is with someone who can actually read your sending setup and tell you what we'd do with it.

What should I bring to the discovery call?

Whatever you have. Ideally a rough monthly volume, your current provider, a recent placement read if you have one, and the specific problem driving you to look. None of it is required — we can run a useful conversation from a description alone — but the more concrete the inputs, the more concrete the answer we can give you.

Will you tell me to stay with my current provider?

If that's the honest answer, yes. We've ended discovery calls by telling people their current setup is already fine for their needs, or that a different provider fits better than we do. We'd rather lose a deal than win one that shouldn't exist — it's better for both of us.

Is there a minimum volume?

Roughly, yes — managed infrastructure makes sense above a few hundred thousand sends a month. Below that, a self-serve API is usually the better choice and we'll say so. The exact threshold depends on what you're sending and why; we'd rather have the conversation and tell you honestly than gate-keep based on a number.

What does the engagement actually look like?

After discovery, if there's a fit, we run a short technical scoping call to nail down the architecture — IPs, streams, residency, integration. Then a written proposal, then provisioning. From signed proposal to live dual-send is typically two to four weeks, depending on warming requirements.
